Job Description

  • Participate in daily toolbox meetings with the PM, Technical Supervisor, and Head of Security.
  • Responsible and accountable for the planning, execution, and timely delivery of the Property’s 52-Week Engineering Calendar, Technical Budget, and CAPEX of projects.
  • Has full oversight responsibility on Maintenance Services and third-party Contractors’ execution of Association/Building Administration Inc. approved Technical and Service Management Plans, Service Level Agreements, and Standards.
  • Comply with Government Regulations and Technical Regulatory requirements.
  • Assist and complete audit inspection of all engineering-related nature, including but not limited to construction, renovation works, and government-initiated activities.
  • Responsible for planning, implementation, and completion of MEPFS projects.
  • Lead and secure that all engineering tools and equipment on site are always operational and or ready for use.
  • Other tasks assigned by PM.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Electrical Engineering;
  • Must be Licensed Engineer (REE/RME)
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 2 yrs experienced employee/s specializing in property management, operation and/or maintenance of equipment and the bldg.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • With good communication skills and able to deliver him/herself well with clients and/or customers.
  • Fast learner, customer-oriented, with supervisory skills and a pleasing personality, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment and under minimum supervision.
  • Has the skills needed to be able to monitor and control some/all technical aspects of the management.
  • Must show awareness and alertness in daily operations.
  • Amenable to shifting schedule and Saturday duty.
