DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Organizational Support:

Collaborate with the Sales, Lease, and Portfolio team to ensure effective communication,

coordination, and goal alignment.

Aid in the development and implementation of marketing-driven initiatives to enhance overall

portfolio performance.

2. Operational Support:

Assist in the day-to-day oversight of sales, lease, and portfolio activities, ensuring alignment with

strategic objectives.

Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to optimize asset performance, with a focus on lease and sales activities.

A. Client and Stakeholder Relations

Play a role in client acquisition efforts by contributing to marketing-driven sales and

leasing activities.

Assist in maintaining positive relationships with property unit owners, clients, and other

stakeholders through effective communication strategies.


B. Contracts Management

Assist in the preparation of contracts required for sales and leasing activities.

Coordinate to ensure the accomplishment of contract signing for both concerned

parties.


C. Communication and Negotiation

Utilize marketing skills to enhance communication and negotiation efforts with clients

and partners.

Assist in addressing and resolving issues promptly, employing marketing-driven solutions

to maintain positive client relationships.


D. Marketing Skills Integration

Contribute marketing insights and strategies to enhance lease and sales activities.

Support the development and execution of marketing-driven events to attract potential

clients and strengthen brand presence.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management or related field.
  • Minimum of three (2) years of relevant experience in real estate, sales, or leasing with a focus on
  • marketing-driven initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies for leases, sales, and events.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with staff at all levels, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and the capability to work well under pressure.
  • Reliable professional who adheres to organizational and department procedures.
