Job Description

  • Maintain complete and accurate manual and automated records and database management systems with the use of the corporate iFAE system, including, but not limited to, 201 files/records and a database system of Customers.
  • Coordinate with the Housekeeping Team if there are any concerns raised by customers in terms of housekeeping and sanitation.
  • Coordinate with the BE for the strict implementation of disconnection policy and procedure in the property (if applicable).
  • Responsible for delivering expected Collection Targets in accordance with the Association/Building Administration Inc. approved Billing and Collection policies and procedures; and application of the corporate iFAE system.
  • Responsible for timely, accurate, and consistent submission of generated Collection Reports to Property and Financial Heads.
  • Maintain complete and accurate manual and automated records and database management systems and account tagging with the use of iFAE system.
  • Responsible and accountable for securing that all finance-related documents are not accessible to unauthorized personnel.
