The Learning and Development Supervisor plays a critical role in driving the company’s upskilling and capability-building efforts through hands-on design, rollout, and coordination of learning programs. This is a highly demanding individual contributor role that requires strong ownership, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once. The Supervisor is directly accountable for developing and implementing learning programs, managing training schedules, and ensuring logistical readiness across multiple sites.
The role is field-intensive, requiring regular visits to properties to coordinate and support in-person training sessions. It also handles the full facilitation and tracking of training bonds, including close coordination with participants and PCM for compliance. The Supervisor is also responsible for screening and accrediting external training providers, ensuring that all learning engagements meet company standards and deliver clear ROI. This role demands a high level of independence, operational discipline, and commitment to follow-through.
